To effectively safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of new employment groups and enhance their awareness of learning, understanding, abiding by and applying the law, recently, the Social Work Department of the CPC Nanchang Municipal Committee, in collaboration with the Municipal Bureau of Justice, has launched the “Hongcheng Liangyuan” public legal service list for free to all new employment groups in the city, providing comprehensive and convenient legal protection for practitioners in new business forms.
It is learned that the “Hongcheng Liangyuan” public legal service this time has a wide coverage, and the service targets include various new employment groups such as couriers, food delivery workers, online car-hailing drivers, truck drivers, online live-streamers, online writers, and online domestic service workers. In terms of specific service contents, six service sections will be provided, namely legal consultation services, legal aid, dispute mediation, legal publicity, legal lectures and full-process service guidance, to comprehensively safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of new business form practitioners and bridge the “l(fā)ast mile” of services.
