The reporter learned from the Science and Technology Innovation Bureau of Nanchang City that recently, in accordance with the “Implementation Measures for the ‘Research and Development Enclave’ of Sci-tech Innovation in Nanchang City”, after a series of procedures including application, review and evaluation, two new municipal-level “research and development enclaves” of sci-tech innovation have been added in our city. This further smooths the channels for cross-regional innovation resource connection and helps enterprises enhance their core research and development capabilities by leveraging wisdom and strength.
The two “Research and Development Enclave” enterprises awarded this time are Hangzhou Kubo Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. and Jiangxi Lianchuang Hongsheng Electronics Co., Ltd. Shenzhen Branch, and the corresponding application entities are Nanchang Sanrui Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. and Jiangxi Lianchuang Hongsheng Electronics Co., Ltd.
The “Research and Development Enclave” is a distinctive sci-tech innovation model created by our city. It adheres to the development concept of “l(fā)ocal incubation, off-site research and development, and return of achievements”, supporting local enterprises to set up research and development platforms outside, and flexibly gathering innovative elements such as high-end talents, cutting-edge technologies, and advanced equipment from other places. This model breaks down geographical barriers, and effectively reduces the costs for enterprises to build their own high-end R&D carriers and introduce high-level talents. It promotes the transformation and application of high-quality technological achievements and innovative experiences from other places in Nanchang, providing strong support for the industrial transformation and upgrading of the entire city.
